Dr. Matthew Peterson, MD

Dr. Matthew Peterson is a board-certified Anesthesiologist certified in Pain Medicine with more than twenty years’ experience helping patients recover from complex pain and orthopedic issues. As a clinician, educator, and author, Dr. Peterson is one of the leading experts in Interventional Orthobiologics, the field advancing the use of regenerative therapies to naturally heal the body.

Dr. Peterson was frustrated by the limitations of conventional pain management, which often focuses on symptom suppression rather than true healing. He has made it his mission to help patients avoid long-term opioid use and invasive surgeries by using regenerative therapies such as stem cells and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to repair and remodel soft tissue, restore function, and promote lasting recovery.

Dr. Peterson takes a holistic approach to the body, optimizing hormonal and metabolic health to build a foundation for natural healing. With the use of biologics and personalized rehabilitation, Dr. Peterson helps patients find their personal path to addressing the root cause of injury. His goal is to help individuals return to full, active living without reliance on chronic medications or repeat interventions.
